1.2 Delays
- In rare cases, fulfillment may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues). If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and provide an updated timeframe.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The AI agent does not function as described in the product documentation.
- The AI agent is not delivered within the promised 2-business-day timeframe.
- You experience technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
2.2 Refund Request Process

- Your order number.
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
- Screenshots or other evidence supporting your claim (if applicable).
2.3 Refund Review and Processing
- Once your refund request is received, we will review it within 3 business days.
- If your request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2.4 Partial Refunds
- In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if only a portion of the Services is deemed non-functional or undelivered.

- We provide 30 days of free technical support from the date of fulfillment.

- After the 30-day period, technical support is available for an additional fee.
