Maoscaling Agency (“MAOSCALING”) provides the content on this website (the “Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). We may periodically update the Terms without notice, so please check back occasionally. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that enhance or add to the Site will also be subject to these Terms. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you are a Network Member, you have agreed and are additionally subject to the Terms and Conditions of Membership in the MAOSCALING Network (“Terms and Conditions”), and in the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Terms and Conditions, the latter shall control.

  1. Description of Service
    This Site provides various resources and information for users to find, engage, and manage expert networks (the “Services”). The Site does not offer medical, investment, or legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created between users of the Services and MAOSCALING or its licensors.

  2. Network Member Content Disclaimer
    Some content on this Site, including without limitation, text, software, scripts, graphics, and videos (“Site Content”), is created and provided by Network Members and licensed to MAOSCALING for internet distribution (“Network Member Content”). Network Member Content includes items such as MAOSCALING News Analyses, MAOSCALING Education Seminars, and biographical and employment information. MAOSCALING makes no representations regarding the accuracy or quality of Network Member Content, all of which is offered “as is.” Network Member Content does not imply endorsement by MAOSCALING, nor does MAOSCALING endorse any companies or entities mentioned within Network Member Content. Network Members are independent, not employees, and have agreed to follow the Terms and Conditions, which prohibit disclosing confidential information or violating other agreements with employers or third parties. MAOSCALING relies on the accuracy of these representations and does not independently verify them.

  3. Confidentiality Agreement
    Network Members agree to the Non-Disclosure provisions of the Terms and Conditions. If you are not a Network Member, you agree not to disclose or use any Confidential Information, as defined below, from MAOSCALING’s Consulting Management Platform (CMP), a password-protected website. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to: (i) project details on MAOSCALING’s platform; (ii) information on MAOSCALING Client business, investment, or transactions; (iii) other confidential information of MAOSCALING or its Clients; and (iv) intellectual property of MAOSCALING or its Clients. If legally required to disclose any Confidential Information, you agree to promptly notify MAOSCALING and assist in protecting it.

  4. Intellectual Property Rights
    Site Content and the trademarks, service marks, and logos (“Marks”) are owned by or licensed to MAOSCALING, protected under United States and international copyright laws. Site Content may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from the respective owners.

  5. Reporting Concerns About Site Content
